About Us

Although I am the one writing, this blog is about us. Shane is my husband and he's in pilot (helicopter) training in the Air Force. He made a ten year commitment because they spend so much money on training them that's what they require. So We will be traveling for the next ten years I suppose and blogging about it (hopefully) along the way. I'm sure I'll be in and out of odd jobs, which means I can be anyone I want to be at any given year.

We just passed our first anniversary, and boy was it a first year. My blog is still new so I'll get into details as we go along I think because you can't just know the awesome stuff to know a person, right? We are learning what it means to love each other like Jesus loves us, and that is probably the hardest and most beautiful thing I've ever had to do. Welcome to marriage!

We also have two children, Bear and Pickles. I say children, but they are dogs...I think using children makes me feel more comfortable with my non-job status of "stay at home....mom", so that's what we'll use for now.
